Ticket Sales & Refunds
All ticket sales for Gabin Productions, LLC performances are final. Refunds are only issued if a performance is officially canceled. If a tour date in Pittsburgh, PA, or any other touring city is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date.

Limitation of Liability (Touring)
Gabin Productions, LLC is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or incidental expenses incurred by ticket holders due to a canceled, postponed, or rescheduled performance.

Cast & Program Changes
The Cast and Crew members listed on our website are subject to change without notice due to illness or tour logistics. A change in performers does not entitle a ticket holder to a refund.

Venue Compliance
Ticket holders must comply with the specific rules of the venue where the play is being performed. Gabin Productions, LLC is not liable for any attendee's removal from a venue for failure to follow local venue policies.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images of our Cast and Crew, is the property of Gabin Productions, LLC and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any legal disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Allegheny County, PA.
